Every car rental company in the region will tell you it offers the best service. We would rather show you how we work and what to confirm, and let you judge.
A Fleet Built for the Roads We Know
We operate in Istanbul and Damascus, two cities with very different road conditions and traffic patterns. In Istanbul, hybrid and compact cars such as the Toyota Corolla Hybrid suit city stop-and-go traffic, while larger vehicles such as the Hyundai Staria suit airport runs and intercity trips. The fleet page lists each car with its fuel type and live price.
In Damascus and across Syria, reliability and parts availability matter most, and the Toyota Corolla is a common choice for that reason. Fleet availability depends on your dates, so confirm the exact car when you book.
Clear Pricing Terms
Ask for a written breakdown before you pay: the rental rate, taxes, insurance and its excess, the deposit, the fuel policy, tolls and any delivery charge. The published rental conditions list the mileage allowance, extra-kilometre rates and deposit, and delivery in Istanbul carries a published charge. Anything that is not in the written quote should be confirmed before you accept it.
Pickup and Delivery
Online booking lists Istanbul Airport (IST) and Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) as pickup points. Hotel or address delivery in Istanbul, and pickups in Damascus, are arranged with the team, so confirm the location, the time, the person meeting you and any fee in advance.
Support During Your Rental
Ask the team on WhatsApp which support is available for your dates, including what happens after hours and if the car breaks down, and confirm it before you book. Save the support number before you set off.
The Team
Confirm the languages you need for the booking and for the rental agreement, so nothing is misunderstood at handover.
A Transparent Note on Pricing
We are not necessarily the cheapest option in either market, and smaller operators may have lower daily rates. Compare like for like: the same dates, insurance level, deposit, mileage and fuel policy. Whether Auris is the right fit depends on your priorities, and we would rather you compare openly than guess.
Ready to plan your trip? Check the fleet and the published rental conditions, then book online or confirm the details with Auris first.
